About this Project
Crystal Structures was brought on board by Key Construction to design and install a stunning centerpiece skylight for the new Pottery Barn location at Bradley Fair in Wichita, KS. As the commercial division of Sunshine Rooms, Crystal Structures is the only provider of full in-house services for a complete range of sloped glazing solutions nationwide.
Since 1980, Sunshine Rooms has been the sole company designing, manufacturing, installing, repairing, and maintaining all types of skylights, greenhouse structures, translucent wall panels, and more. Their nearly half a century of expertise in end-to-end sloped glazing solutions is unmatched in the industry.
Crystal Structures created a beautiful pyramid-shaped skylight to allow ample natural light to pour into the Pottery Barn store from the rooftop. This signature skylight was featured prominently in local news coverage leading up to the grand opening.
As a leading sloped glazing provider working on this high-profile local project, Crystal Structures had special access to construction photos. The skylight fabricated was truly the focal point of the store’s interior design and captured attention in published photos ahead of the opening event.
When the doors finally opened, Crystal Structures’ custom skylight stood as the crown jewel of Pottery Barn’s first Wichita location, exemplifying the quality and design that has made them an essential glazing partner for prominent buildings across the nation.
Spangenberg Phillips Tice Architecture provided the architectural drawings for the Pottery Barn.
