About this Project
When residential builder Don Julian designed his ultimate dream home a few years ago, he knew exactly what he wanted – including a one-of-a-kind pool enclosure. Crystal Structures brought Julian’s vision to life by constructing a striking glass room to house the entertainment area and swimming pool.
Upon entering the glass enclosure on Julian’s countryside property near Kansas City, you feel transported to a tropical island oasis. The swimming pool itself is a unique natural ecosystem that requires little maintenance. Extensive greenery like cattails, water lilies, and duckweed keep the water healthy and clean. The atmosphere makes a wonderful tropical backdrop for entertaining and recreation.
In addition to the glazed structure enclosing the self-sustaining pool, Crystal Structures also added a skylight over the grand entryway at the front of Julian’s home. The pool enclosure highlights the artistry and customization Crystal Structures employs in their high-end residential projects.
